Doctor Arquitecto. Catedrático de Composición de la Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid. Ha ocupado varios puestos en distintas instituciones públicas en Madrid y tiene numerosas publicaciones relacionadas con el ámbito de la arquitectura. Ha sido Director de la Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid y actualmente es Presidente del Círculo de Bellas Artes de Madrid. Entre sus obras más importantes destaca la remodelación del eje Pardo - Recoletos (Madrid), el Museo de Ceuta - Murallas Reales y la rehabilitación dique Histórico - Museo en Cádiz. Presidente del Comité Organizador del Congreso EURAU’08 Paisaje Cultural.//
Doctor in Architecture and Professor of Architectural Composition at the Superior Technical School of Architecture at the Technical University of Madrid (UPM). He has occupied various posts in different public institutions in Madrid and has many publications on the field of architecture. He has been Head of the Superior Technical School of Architecture of Madrid and is currently the Director of the Círculo de Bellas Artes de Madrid. Amongst his most relevant Works are the redesigning of Prado-Recoletos (Madrid), the Museum Ceuta - Murallas Reales and the rehabilitation of the Historic dock – Museum of Cadiz. He was the President of the EURAU’08 Organising and Program Committee.
